Frank joined Omega Surveying Services in 2021 following an 18-month period with Mooremacdonald and Partners in Belfast.
During this time period Frank regularly dealt with housing associations in Northern Ireland, carrying out surveys for projects such as External Wall Insulation and Kitchen/Bathroom Replacement schemes. Frank was also involved in a small team that designed the layout of these replacements through the use of AutoCAD.
Since joining Omega in 2021 Frank has been involved in a number of challenging projects:
- Orange Capital Partners – Preparation of Multi Building Investment Fund + Sustainability Reports
- Schedule of Condition Surveys
- Gasworks Roof Replacement
- Percy Exchange – Internal Fitout
- Seapark Development – Fire Remediation Works
Frank is currently working towards becoming a Registered Building Surveyor in 2023 and also a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2024
