Erika joined Omega Surveying Services in 2024 as a part of the requirements for her post graduate studies in Building Surveying at DKIT, from which she has since qualified with Distinction.
Since entering the AEC industry in 2018, Erika has experienced a variety of roles, from interior designer, space planner and project manager to architectural draughtsman, planning and conservation consultant.
Since joining Omega Surveying Services, Erika has gained experience in areas such as:
Site inspection and defect analysis
Schedules of work and tender analysis
Fire safety risk assessment
Erika is particularly interested in derelictions, conservation and planning legislation, and enjoys membership with the Irish Georgian Society and the SPAB. Erika is progressing to the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) with the SCSI to become a Chartered Building Surveyor.
