Stephen joined Omega Surveying Services in 2016 following a year working with KRA Visionary Partners. During his time with KRA Stephen managed many high profile jobs such as fitouts to AIB branches nationwide.
Prior to working with KRA Stephen worked as a fit-out foeman with Errigal Contracts in London for a 2 year period. This time gave him an in depth knowledge of internal fitouts and site management.
Stephen Regularly acts as assigned certifier and since joining Omega Stephen has been involved with a number of challenging projects:
- Tech Data – Fitout of commercial unit
- Parkview Residential Development – Remediation of Fire Issues to Common Areas prior to sale
- Spencer Dock – Building Investment Fund report and defect analysis report
