Damian joined Omega Surveying Services in 2021.
He graduated from DKIT in 2007 and has since gained broad and varied experience in assisting commercial and management companies deal with their needs.
Damian achieved chartered status in 2014.
Damian’s career started at Skeffingtons Chartered Surveyors in Dublin Docklands in 2007. He advanced to a senior position before joining Wherity Chartered Surveyors in 2012 where he spent the next 3 years as their Senior Surveyor. Damian moved to Scott Murphy in 2015 and headed up several significant projects which included extensive defect analysis and reporting on large mixed-use developments in Dublin City Centre, development monitoring on Aparthotel projects in the U.K. and various project management roles. Having joined Thornton’s in 2017 he undertook a wide variety of instructions including fire safety audits, pre-acquisition building surveys, dilapidations assessments and negotiations, defects analysis, contract administration and project management.
