Eoin joined Woolpert Surveying Ireland in 2026 following four years working in Sydney, Australia, where he gained experience on Tier 1 construction projects. His role involved health and safety procedures, risk assessments, site documentation and reporting, defect management, quality control and liaison with engineers and site supervisors.
Prior to moving to Australia, Eoin worked as an Energy Assessor with Atbec Ltd, carrying out energy assessments and BER surveys for new and existing buildings. He also advised architects on achieving energy performance targets and assisted with fire-stopping, airtightness and retrofit projects.
Eoin’s earlier experience includes working in Building Control with Antrim & Newtownabbey Borough Council and as a Building Surveyor with Consurv Building Consultancy, where he undertook condition surveys, floor inspections, defect analysis and health and safety audits.
