Wayne joined Omega Surveying Services in 2024.
Before his time with Omega, Wayne previously worked for 15 months at ORS where he worked on numerous projects including carrying out inspections to assess for Housing Standards compliance. Wayne completed his degree in Building Surveying in DKIT in 2023 and holds a degree in BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying.
Since joining Omega Surveying Service Wayne has gained experience in areas such as:
- Building Investment Funds.
- Defect analysis
- Fire safety assessments.
Wayne is currently working towards his APC and will endeavour to become a Chartered Building Surveyor.
