In 2016, Cormac enrolled in the BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying at DKIT which he completed in 2020.
Cormac joined Omega Surveying Services from DKIT in 2020.
Cormac has extensive experience in the construction industry and has undertaken two separate internships with Chartered Building Surveying Practices during his university education.
Since joining Omega Cormac has been involved with a number of challenging projects:
- Beaumont Road – Assigned Certifier of Commercial “Room to rent” Development.
- The Paddocks Development – Preparation of Building Investment Fund for Development.
- Mount Anville Schools – Preparation of Building Investment Fund for a Protected Structure
- The Orchard – Remediation of Fire Issues to the Development.
- Charleville Square – Remediation of Fire Issues to the Development.
- Annagh Court – Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting upgrades to the Development.
- Avoca Hall – Roof Replacement Works to the Development.
Cormac is currently a Registered Building Surveyor working towards becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2023
