A vendor report is identical to a Building Survey Report, but it is instructed by the seller of the property to give any purchaser the benefit of the full understanding of the condition of the building prior to purchase. The report is a detailed survey of a building to enable the Surveyor to advise what impact its condition will have upon the eventual purchaser.
We give a comprehensive report on its condition alerting the potential purchaser of any future expenses which will be incurred. The final Report follows a detailed examination of the fabric of the building by an experienced and professionally qualified surveyor.
A standard survey comprises: A description of how the property is constructed, an analysis of significant defects and advice on appropriate further actions and a budget estimate on significant repairs
Upon completion of the sale of the property the report would be transferred to the ownership of the purchaser of the building.
