Schedule of Condition – Pre Lease
Pre Lease Schedule Condition Surveys are prepared for tenants taking a lease in a property.
This survey details the existing condition of any building or structure prior to the tenant taking possession of the building.
The preparation of a schedule of condition report protects the tenant against any unreasonable dilapidations claim at the cessation of the lease as it confirms the existing condition of a property by text and photographs.
The report will record the location, type and extent of any existing defects so that comparisons can be made following completion of the works.
